Cheryl Cole has reportedly fired will.i.am as her manager as she prepares to relaunch her music career. The ‘Fight For This Love’ star has apparently hired Modest Management – the team behind X Factor acts such as One Direction, Little Mix and Olly Murs.

According to The Sun, Cole is working on a three-year comeback plan in the UK after taking a break from the spotlightfollowing the Girls Aloud farewell tour. Her fourth solo album will be released next year with a major publicity campaign and she is even said to be considering a return to The X Factor.
The 30-year-old’s new team are already working with her record label Polydor, as well as taking over her endorsement deal with L’Oreal. Cole had already parted ways with will.i.am as her US manager after giving up on cracking America following her X Factor USA axe.
